Return and Refund Policy for CSM Gems
At CSM Gems, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. In such cases, we are committed to making the return and refund process as smooth as possible.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@csmgems.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Once you have the RMA, please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Customer Requirements:
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Product Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition. Items showing signs of wear or use will not be eligible for return.
- Reason for Return: We accept returns for items that are defective or do not fit as expected.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 10-14 days for the refund to be processed.
Exceptions and Notes:
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond the 30-day return window.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Exchanges for different sizes or products are subject to availability.
